It's a kind of magic...

Go there --> www.queenonline.com Now.
Oh, where do I even start? About John Deacon's bass skills, that is! His riffs in every Queen song never gets in the way of the other instruments in the band. The only way that you can fully appreciate it is if you listen to one of their songs. I admit, it's a little hard to ignore Freddie's incredible vocals, Brian's ingenious guitar solos, and Roger's exciting drum beats; but John's bass lines are a different story in itself that you should explore.

"Grossly underrated. His bass parts are like little stories, yet he never gets in anyone's way. With all the guitars and vocals going on, he finds the spaces and plays basically what he wants. He's loose, fluid, and quite busy at times, but I can't find one song where he stepped on the vocal or guitar parts."

The Beatles are music icons...literally.

Just for you guys, here are some Beatles icons for your icon usings. Feel free to take em & advertise your Beatlemania everywhere you go. Or at least here on the Internet.

Ahh, the famous Macca wink. Making girls faint and swoon since 1942.

"...I wanna know if you'll be my girl." ;)

*squeals*
*hand-flapping*

The world's first gangsta. The Beatles were so ahead of their time, hm?

Ringo invented the Snuggie.

LOOK AT THAT SMILE GAHHH

You tell em, George.

R.I.P. <3

Mmm, sex hair.

What're you messin' around with that boat for?

Is this the real life?

Like I said, this blog won't all be about the beloved Beatles. ^_^

From the Bohemian Rhapsody video shooting. If you haven't heard of "Bohemian Rhapsody"...sorry to say, but you have no life.
Another favorite band of mine is Queen, which includes Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (lead guitar, vocals), Roger Taylor (drums, vocals), and John Deacon (bass guitar). They came about in early 1970 and their career as a band spanned for almost two decades. Unfortunately, all good things must pass and Queen ended on the death of their lead singer Freddie on November 24, 1991.

He's probably rockin' in heaven with John and George.

Freddie Mercury's voice is absolutely amazing. His vocal range is so vast, and he has many singing styles that he can do. What probably goes to mind first when I hear Queen is Freddie's "stage performance". When he's up there, he just doesn't sing.

He SINGS.

And I say hello.

Hello everyone & welcome to my blog! This is my first ever post out of many more to come (I hope). It’s summer time at the moment so I have a lot of free time to waste.

Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted.” -John Lennon

Just trying to follow the words of a legend. ;)
It would be very nice to meet other Beatlemaniacs out there so please comment on my posts and let us chat away! I bet you have this inner urge to do so…well, don’t ignore your conscience!
